This is what I use on your board after it's been given a Food Grade Mineral oil bath.  It's a mixture of Food Grage Mineral oil and white Beeswax.  After a light washing, never use the dishwasher on your board, reapply this combination to return your board to it's usual beauty.  Never use food oils, like olive oil, as it can turn rancid.  Price includes free shipping
